2011 Scope of Work05/07/2011 The documents listed below contain maps of the subdivisions in PRRMA and showing the preliminary plans for the scope of work to be done on the roadways this year. Work on the roads will not begin until mid-June. When construction is underway, this web site will be updated frequently (sometimes daily) with information as to when and where work will be taking place. It will also contain critical information about road closures and what homeowners must do so that the work is successful. These are usually simple requests such as no street parking and / or sprinklers. Last year, some work had to be re-done or rescheduled do to sprinklers, cars on the street or people driving over freshly sealed surfaces. Your cooperation will help keep costs (and your subdivision dues) to a minimum. Thank you in advance! Click on the links below to view a .pdf document showing maps of each subdivision and the proposed work to be done. Some of these files are large and may take a minute to download. The "2011 Drawings" document below is the most recent and detailed and covers all of PRRMA. It is quite large though and will take awhile to download. The "Work Plans" below are much smaller (one subdivision at a time) and provide a good overview, but there have been some areas that have been slightly modified since they were produced.
